Class Work

Haymarket Strikes
The strike at Haymarket Square began as a rally supporting workers. It was a push for eight hour days, and better working condition. At first McCormick Harvesting Machine Company plant, it was about labor rights.
Woman's Right
The ability to vote doesn't make it equal. Voting doesn't make it equal because the numbers, that woman have less numbers, that men population is greater, so that it doesn't equally out.
I Have a Dream
This speech was on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, a very important part of the Civil Rights Movement. This put more pressure on President Kennedy, to push for Civil Rights. 
